Randa's Bakery originated in 1982 by Mike, an industry entrepreneur with 40+ years of baking expertise, specializing in cookies, danish, brownies and cupcakes. by concentrating on quality baked goods, Randa's Bakery sought out to meet the needs of caterers, delicatessens and food establishments across the industry.

Mike started out as an owner of many retail food operations, including a renowned deli/bakery in New York City's Times Square. Once he realized the demand for his baked goods, he decided to satisfy the markets void for quality baked goods and was dedicated to his clients demands.

Decades later, Randa's Bakery continues to grow and meet the demand of the baked goods market, supplying a growing clientele base across the NY Metropolitan area and East Coast.
